Superbloom 2026 - Festival Photos | Olympiapark Munich
Superbloom Festival 2026 took over Munich's Olympiapark from 29 August to 2 September, with Kygo, Zara Larsson, Tom Odell, Tash Sultana and Zartmann headlining the weekend Experience Days, followed by evening concerts from Lorde, Lewis Capaldi, Sombr and Bastille. With the Olympic Stadium under renovation, the festival moved its main stage - the new Bloom Stage - into the southern part of the park, turning the 1972 Olympic grounds, the lake and the surrounding parkland into one continuous festival site. Since launching in 2022, Superbloom has grown into one of the more closely watched additions to Germany's festival calendar, drawing an international lineup to a site more commonly associated with the 1972 Olympic Games than with contemporary pop and dance music. The Bloom Stage and the smaller Neoneo Stage sit close enough together that visitors can walk between the two in a few minutes, making it easy to catch multiple sets across a single afternoon and evening.
Photographed on Sunday, 30 August: from Oskar Med K's afternoon set on the Neoneo Stage, framed by the park's trees under open skies close to the Sea Life aquarium at the edge of the site, through Noga Erez and Zara Larsson to Kygo closing the night behind a wall of green lasers cutting through the smoke on the Bloom Stage - a full festival day moving from daylight to laser haze. This is the third consecutive year documenting Superbloom, following earlier coverage of the 2022 and 2023 editions, and the move to the new Bloom Stage made for noticeably different angles and sightlines compared to the old Olympiastadion setup.
